Included in the set is the king duvet, 2 euro and 2 standard shams. This is the Rosalie Paisley pattern in the Warm/Reds color tones. This set is a RARE find! It is the new only King size duvet complete with matching shams, in the hard-to-find and highly sought after Warm color tones, available on eBay as of the time of this posting. It has long been unavailable from Pottery Barn. If you have ever owned Pottery Barn, you already know how good the quality is!»Warm» is the name that Pottery Barn has assigned to this duvet’s color palette. I also strive to package the items in a manner that will result in safe delivery. However, some breakable items can incur damage in shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, email me immediately. Document the damage with photos: take pictures of the exterior of the box where damage occurred. Take pictures of the box opened, prior to removing the packaging, and finally, take clear pictures of the broken item (close-ups and of the entire item itself). Email me these pictures, along with a description of the damages. You will be able to use the same pictures and information for filing the claim with the shipping agent used.
