Please refer to the shipping price at the top of this listing, shipping fees vary across the board on all our items. The prices are for our standard delivery service which is within 1-2 working days. Deliveries are usually made between 9am – 4pm Monday- Friday. No time can be specified and a signature is required on receipt. Goods can be left on your property without a signature; however this is at your own risk. This price does not include Saturday delivery – if you require Saturday delivery please call us and we can quote you for the additional cost. Orders taken by 3pm on any working day can usually be dispatched the same day for the next working day delivery at no extra cost. When will my order be delivered? 95% of orders taken by 3pm are dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery (This time may drop in our busy periods, mid summer & December). You can request to have your order left without signature, or to have the order left with a neighbour. Please specify clearly where you would like your order left or call us. A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty, If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
